I’ve been following Hi-Rez’s progress ever since September 2010 when a mutual friend posted one of his early videos, “Press Play 3”, on Facebook. All of his mixtapes are downloaded onto my iTunes and my favorites so far are Early Release, A Walk to Remember, and Lost Time. It’s true that Hi-Rez’s music seems to be getting darker, but if that’s the type of music he wants to release, so be it. I like it. In this song, Rez teams up with Kinetics, who is a hip-hop artist that has been taking over my blog as his videos are frequently posted. Hi-Rez has been releasing constant music videos lately, and because he retrieved his channel, HiRezTV, he’s back on the map as his old subscribers can now see what he’s up to. Make sure to check out Rez’s music if you haven’t yet. He’s dropping an EP on iTunes and a mixtape on Datpiff in the coming weeks/months. Also, he’s hosting a contest for artists to be on his mixtape. Details for the contest are in his most recent video on his YouTube channel.
